CrossFit 615 is more than a gym. It’s more than a workout. It’s a lifestyle of functional fitness, nutrition, attitude, community, and an overall commitment to better ourselves. We believe giving yourself an hour a day to train hard is part of this process. We also believe it is a smaller part of a bigger picture of lifestyle decisions, with a majority taking place outside the gym. Some days will be better than others. Some days we struggle. Some days you will struggle. Together, we must hold our heads high and realize this is a journey. It is a health and wellness lifestyle change. It is one day at a time.
